- Activities for which the individual is nominated must have been fully or partly successful realizations during the calendar year 2012.
- PR companies, advertising and consultants cannot nominate their employees
- Award winners must agree to be present at the Awards Ceremony in April 2013.
- An individual may be nominated up to three (3) different categories. Nomination can be made for yourself or even from colleagues, friends, or relatives working group.
How to complete the nomination
- All entries must be electronically submitted at http://ictawards.org/2012/award-categories/ , by choosing in advance the nomination category:
- Selection of the category is entirely your decision, but if the jury sees fit, they can reclassify your application in another category.
- Members of the jury need to understand the specific impact the person nominated has had on the department of the company in which he/she works or has worked, on the company in general, on the colleagues, managers, customers or society.
- The applicant should be specific about the impact and benefits, providing tangible and measurable results where possible.
- It is your duty to make the nomination eligible, providing a context why the individual is distinguished in his/her achievement and how this was translated in value towards the business.
- It is important that during the submission, the applicant uses simple, clear and understandable language; at the same time avoiding jargon and acronyms.

- All data should be submitted electronically through http://www.ictawards.org/2012
- Fulfill the fields in the Nomination Form. Only the information you provide will be used by the members of the jury during the evaluation process.
- Give complete and specific responses. Include sufficient detail to ensure that your narrative answers, are as complete as possible.
- An individual may be nominated up to three (3) categories.
- The jury has the right to move the application in other categories if they see fit.
